Quick answers regarding our trading operations, shipping methods, and order requirements.

For containerized shipments (bagged cargo), our typical MOQ is 500 Metric Tons. For break-bulk vessel shipments, the MOQ generally starts at 12,500 Metric Tons, depending on the origin port.

We primarily operate on CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) and CFR (Cost and Freight) basis for maximum buyer convenience. However, FOB (Free On Board) terms can be arranged from select origin ports.

Quality and quantity are strictly verified at the port of loading by internationally recognized independent surveyors (such as SGS, Alex Stewart, or Bureau Veritas). A certificate of Quality and Weight is provided with shipping documents.

We work with secure trade finance instruments. We primarily accept Irrevocable, Transferable/Non-Transferable Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight from top-tier international banks, or Telegraphic Transfers (T/T) against shipping documents.
